Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026. By registering a school on Crestonic, you agree to the following:
1. Account & Eligibility
You confirm you are authorized to register this school and to act as its initial Administrator. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your login access secure.
2. Free Trial & Subscription
New schools receive a free trial period as shown at registration. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). Crestonic may suspend access for accounts with an expired or unpaid subscription, subject to any grace period shown in the app.
3. Data Ownership & Privacy
Your school retains ownership of all student, staff, and financial data you enter. Crestonic will not share your school's data with any other school or third party except as needed to operate the platform (e.g. hosting, payment processing) or as required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Crestonic only for legitimate school-administration purposes, not to attempt to access another school's data, and not to misuse the platform in any way that could disrupt service for other schools.
5. Payments
Subscription payments are processed via Paystack. Crestonic does not store your card or mobile money details. Fees are as displayed at the time of payment and are subject to change with notice.
6. Support & Availability
Crestonic aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available via the contact details shown in the app.
7. Changes to These Terms
Crestonic may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
